In this article, I explored how digitalization is influencing HR processes, from recruitment and selection to performance management and employee well-being, leveraging artificial intelligence and other modern tools.
The paper discusses innovative technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), e-learning, digital assessment, collaboration through digital platforms, and wellness applications. Additionally, I addressed solutions for challenges related to cybersecurity and GDPR compliance.
